I'm Stéphane Lepain, founder of CPLT. You work directly with me from scoping through build and handover to your team. Before founding CPLT, I spent more than fifteen years in IT and cybersecurity, including over five running my own consultancy.

I am based in Lombez, France, and work mostly remotely.

My own setup combines an AI workspace with a choice of cloud and local models. I have run this setup myself, every day, for two years. That is my own experience, not a customer result. I have learned to check what a model can see, what a document actually says, what the work costs and what happens when a component fails.

I founded CPLT to build useful AI assistants and automations for businesses. I start with the work you want to improve. Sometimes an existing tool is enough. Sometimes the useful next step is an assistant, an automated workflow or a private workspace, with the checks and costs agreed first.

I deliver paid projects. I agree the scope and price with you in writing. Before handover, I walk the person who will run it through how it works.
