Keep this browser out of the numbers.

The site counts visits with a self-hosted, cookieless tracker. This page sets a flag in this browser's local storage that tells that tracker to ignore it — useful for whoever runs the site, whose own reading would otherwise sit in the same numbers as everyone else's.

It is stored per browser and per profile. Do it again on another machine, and again after clearing site data.
